What are your thoughts on Facebook’s GlobalCoin?
I’ve just read about Facebook’s new GlobalCoin to provide a new digital payment system.
What are your thoughts on this new Facebook-made altcoin?

I think it will be a net positive. It will take power away from the banks and have a great impact on the market in opening a trend for other world leading companies to enter the crypto market, which will do nothing but flow new money into crypto.

Power away from the banks is always a good thing. Though in the hands of Facebook instead is still not great…

A lot of people are saying because Facebook is huge it will grow to rival BitCoin. Though I do think it will do well, I think BitCoin will always be the “general” cryptocurrency.

I agree. I think it will be big, but BitCoin will still have the crown for now ?
