    In 2019 and 2020 the wellness trend has been worth trillions, being worth 4.2 trillion in 2019 alone.

    In generations past it was about fast food and cigarettes, but Generation Z is different. Generation Z wants avocado, gluten-free bread, rose quartz crystal and CBD balm.

    Now more than ever, people are identifying with what they eat, where they do and what they wear.

    Environmentally sustainable clothing, Instagram worthy photos in nature…

    Generation Z wants to identify with eco-friendliness and healthy living, or in a broader term “wellbeing”

    Learn to leverage this trend if you want a slice of the trillion dollar pie.

    No matter what industry you’re in, there’s a way to make it relatable to the wellness trend and ride this wave.

      100% Unless you work in something like oil and gas, where you can try… But fail. There’s always a way to attach yourself to the wellness trend ?‍♀️?‍♂️

    Wow. I knew Millennials and Gen Z were into wellness, with all the yoga posts and photos of rice fields in Asia, but I didn’t realise how profitable the trend was, or that it was an economy all on its own.

      It’s massive. I recommend using it to boost your business, no matter what industry you’re in. Some are easier than others though…
