How do I make money from blogging?
Hi,
I’m new to blogging and as a member, but I have read many threads and replies. I’m convinced this is the right place for me to learn.
I have started a blog in the health niche to try earn an income for my young family. But! I have no idea how to make money from it now I am starting to get a small following.
I’ve heard of many people making 2K or more from AdSense but I have no idea how they do it, or how to get AdSense working on my blog.
Please help 🙂

The internet is all about traffic, and since you’re already generating some, you’re already more than halfway there 🙂 The goal is always to generate as much targeted traffic as you can.
Once you have the traffic, there are several ways to monetize it.
For AdSense and PPC programs, it’s about getting as many eyeballs to your site and getting them to stay there as long as possible. The more time spent, the more chance they’ll notice and click on your banner, and be server an ad that they find appealing.
Affiliate programs are also a great way to recommend products your readers might be interested in, and be rewarded if they buy one. Affiliate offers can be a part of your articles or on say a “resources” page.
Lasts you can also create your own products, either physical or virtual products like eBooks or courses.

I’ll just focus more on building my traffic for now, and then focus on monetization. I’ve always wanted to write a book 🙂

AdSense is never going to be that profitable unless you have 10’s of thousands of visitors per day, if not more. Even then, it should just be an additional source of revenue and not your primary.
You should create your own products related to the health niche. Start with some helpful books, maybe a calendar, a video series, and go from there to creating your own branded physical products that your subscribers can have in their hands.
